Meet Brittany, a Tune M1 owner and breathwork guide who lives full time in her Tune M1 truck camper. Brittany chose to live out of her camper to stay connected to nature and travel lightly. Along with her dog, Polly, Brittany has built out the interior of her Tune M1 and lives simply on the road.

Why Camp Alone?
Solo camping offers a unique kind of freedom. You choose your pace, your campsite, your meals, and your daily schedule. It’s an opportunity for deep personal reflection, or just quiet time away from responsibilities and social obligations.
But solitude isn’t for everyone. It takes mental preparation, self-awareness, and a respect for nature and its unpredictability. If you're drawn to the idea, you’ll likely find it immensely rewarding.

Brittany's Tips for Solo Camping
- Trust your intuition: if something feels off, trust yourself and go find a new spot to camp.
- Lock your doors and windows at night. Learn how to lock your Tune M1 from the inside here.
- Consider a pet! Having a dog or cat with you can make you feel comfortable, and their superior senses can warn you of any danger.
Some Additional Tips from Us
- Check in often and/or share your location with trusted friends or family to let them know where you're at.
- Learn basic first-aid. This can help you treat small issues like cuts, blisters, dehydration or insect bites by yourself.
- Document your journey. Spending time alone isn't as isolating if you're able to journal, take photos, or create art along the way.
